With our EZ-STEPS live online courses, we bring the classroom to you. Participants receive the same training as they would in a classroom environment while the agency saves money on travel costs and lost time away from the job.
Our instructor led courses provide an interactive learning environment where participants can ask questions both electronically and verbally and get responses in real time. Each course emphasizes procedures to help you understand and apply essential regulatory requirements right away.
As in a traditional classroom, case studies and group exercises are interspersed throughout the training to reinforce concepts presented. Classes can be viewed at individual computers or in group settings.
Training presentations and resource materials including forms, checklists, and desk guides are delivered electronically prior to class in an easy to download format. Certification exams are offered for select courses and certificates of completion are mailed upon completion of all courses.
Still unsure about online training? we offer free online training demonstrations prior to your registration to ensure ease of use and to address any questions you may have. All you need to participate is a high speed internet connection and a computer with speakers. Webcams are recommended, but are not required.
Course Cancellation Policy
Substitutions will be accepted at any time without charge. Cancellations will be taken up to 2 days before the scheduled class date. After that date, a $75.00 processing fee will be assessed per registration. "No Shows" will forfeit the full amount of their registration fees.
