EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION STUDIES:  Executive Salary Comparability Study - (Compliant with HUD’s Executive Salary Cap Requirements and HUD 52725 Form.) Provides Board Certification and narrative report with Top Management Officer (Executive Director), Top Finance Director, and Next Highest Paid Employee compensation comparables as required by current HUD and Appropriations Act Requirements. 


PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM:  AccuWage Performance Evaluation System includes three (3) levels of positions within an Agency:

  1. Executive Director/CEO - used by the Board of Commissioners to evaluate the Executive Director/CEO’s position.
  2. Supervisor-used by the Executive Director/CEO to evaluate a Supervisory position within the Agency.  This Evaluation Form is a 2 Part system.  1) subordinate/employee evaluates as supervisor & 2) ED/CEO evaluates as an employee.
  3. Employee-used by the direct line supervisor to evaluate an employee. 

The Evaluation System contains two (2) sections:

  1. Performance and Development Evaluation Form.
  2. Performance Criteria Guideline for Duties.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our Certified Human Resource Specialist uses the seven (7) key components of job descriptions in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines to develop legally compliant, clear, and accurate job descriptions specifically for Public Housing Agencies.
